I am currently doing my dissertation on Ladette To Lady, more specifically about how class is represented within the show. Could you help me out and answer these few questions please?

•   How often do you watch the show?

•   Who do you watch it with?
•   Do you think about class differentiation while watching the show?
•   How does the show make you think and feel about working class women?

I missed series 1 and watched almost every show of series 2 & 3

•   Why do you watch the show?

Pure entertainment

•   Who do you watch it with?

No-one

•   Do you think about class differentiation while watching the show?

No

•   How does the show make you think and feel about working class women?

It doesn't

•   Do you believe that the show includes only a select minority of working class women or that all working class women are the way that they are portrayed in the show?

It goes for extremes, though they probably appear less extreme than would have been the case twenty or thirty years ago

•   What are your general views on the show in relation to class and sophistication?

The two are not necessarily related

I suppose most people would put me somewhere in the middle

1.  I watched all of seasons 1, 2 and 3.
2.  Entertainment.  I started watching season 1 and was hooked.
3.  No-one - I watch it on my own.
4.  Just that the 'upper class' bachelors seem as bad as the 'working class' ladettes in their behavior.
5.  Women of any class can be (and are) ladettes, so I don't specifically see it as a 'working class' thing.
6.  The ladettes in the show are extreme examples - I certainly don't think all 'working class' girls are like that.
7.  You don't need to be 'upper class' to be a lady.
8.  Working class.
