They did the same last year too, there were a couple who didn't feature at all until we were waving them off in their taxi. Eight isn't very many anyway, you could understand if there were a few dozen of them but with only eight they should be able to give each of them at least a few minutes of airtime before they get booted out. Very sloppy production values

It really is. They shouldnt pick the quieter girls to take part if they arent going to show them at all.

They might as well have started with five to begin with Not amused!

I like Nicole and Sarah and Skye is growing on me.  I think the teachers are being quite harsh on Nicole as she obviously wants to change and as for Miss Harbord's reaction to Sarah's flag, words fail me

We might have liked Emily and we might like like Kristyn and Bianca.... but we'll probably never know Not amused!

I've seen the episode now. Waving the flag was hardly a crime and was just put in to create some content for Sarah. It just looks like they are editing in issues for the only girl who is taking the show seriously.

You have to wonder how much of the content was storyboarded by the producers. Why would anyone think of bringing bales of hay into the hall anyway without permission?

The alcoholic was probably chosen so that she would act in character but much of the rest must have been encouraged by the producers.

The best episode yet. I'm sure I'm not the only person who was moved to tears by it

How effective is Mrs Hardboard as a teacher for ladettes? Her perpetual attitude of high dudgeon gets wearying during a 42 minute programme. For the Australian ladettes there for weeks on end it must become unbearable. And why didn't anyone ever...............teach..... ........her.................. .....to...................... ...speak..................... at......................a.... ....................
normal...................spee d?

In the latest episode the girls were expected to know how to behave in front of some pompous women at a tea-party. But it looked as if they weren't given any lessons in what to say and do there. The stripper was asked about her job by one of the other girls - Skye? - and knew how to answer it there but probably didn't think about the significance of the event.

Don't forget that a whole week's footage was edited to come up with those 42 mins of footage.  Also, we saw Miss Harboard doing her job, and when people are in 'work' mode, they tend to behave differently than they would outside work.

Last night's show

LINK

I'm not sure I totally agreed with their decision to expel Zoe, although she does have a drink problem I think she really felt she was turning a corner

^ I agree with you, I worry that it would make her feel rejected and worthless and she would seek comfort in alcohol again

I would have expelled Kristyn, she was just plain nasty Not amused!

There was an abundance of candidates to send back down under yesterday. How did Zoe last all that time without someone figuring out she really needed some help? Once she got on the TV show there was some duty of care to ensure she was properly looked after.

And Sarah was just as boorish this week as she was in week one. Whatever was the point of putting her in a dress?

The prince was ignored when the master of ceremonies announced: "My lords, ladies and gentlemen....". Perhaps the teachers should be given lessons on entertaining princes.

Not much doubt about the girl to be sent home. But why weren't the cameras under the bed?

Why did Nicole say her welcome bit in English when all the others did theirs in Italian?

Maybe she couldn't do it. Skye had a good accent so she may have been put off.
