Yes the brilliant Brummie brake dancer may be set to join Diversity. His mum certainly wont rule out the prospect anyway. I just new he'd get something!

He's rubbish and would be a flaw in the Diversity rug.

He definitely isn't rubbish - far from it in my opinion - but i dont think that he will join Diversity.

I hope he continues to dance though because he was definitely in my top 3.

Oh gosh, how can anyone say Aidan is rubbish?

Aidan is completely self-taught, he even did his own choreography.  By any standard, he is an outstanding talent and has the potential to be a brilliant choreographer for professional dancers, concert tours etc.

He blew me away with his audition and semi-final performance.  I agree with Simon that his final performance wasn't as good and we all know saw he can do at age 12.  He has a huge future in the dance world.

As far as joining Diversity, he would certainly add a different dimension but I hope his mother isn't talking prematurely and putting ideas in his head that may not eventuate.

Anyone can say whatever they like I haven't seen him so I can't comment but that sort of dancing isn't everyone's cup of tea

Different people have different tastes though and just because one person thinks he's great doesn't mean that another person can't think he's rubbish

How in the world can you say that Aidan is rubbish? He's brilliant considering he's self taught. His performance in the audition was superb and he changed it very well in the SF as well! I can assure you that at 11 this guy is super super talented!

Yes, his final performance wasn't as good. But he only had 24hrs to perfect his routine, hardly time to change it! If he'd had longer he could have potentially won. I'd like to see you dance on a conveyor belt as good as that lad anyway. By the way I used to attend the same primary school as him and am a brummie meself currently attending Cadbury Sixth Form College in Mosely. Have another look and see for yourself what you think of his audition.

http://www.youtube.com/results?search_type=&search_query=Aidan+Davis+audition&aq=f - The clothes he is wearing are so cool and trendy, how professional does that lad look. To cap it off he's always got a smile on his face!

Well he supposedly made good friends with them anyway. If he aint gonna team up with Diversity then I'd love to see him with George Sampson.

Anyway, he's better than them anyway. It takes a lot more talent to dance like that when your self taught. Most of them guys in Diversity were just following the fantastic choriography from that leader of theirs.

No Diversity should not change the formula.  Aiden will make a career out of his dancing but Diversity should stay as they are.  They were awesome and I don't even like that style of dance but s*** they were good!

He didn't lose the final because he was rubbish! He lost it because his routine wasn't up to the standard that it was in the auditions and SF. Understandably so as well considering he had little more than a day to change/practice his routine. Also I feel he was the victim of the sneering public thinking the child acts were spoilt and had pushy mums. After that little madam's tantrum they thought that when Aidan shed tears they weren't gonna give him the sympathy vote.

But the fact is that for ll years of age he is a real talent with a bright future ahead of him. The costume he wore in the auditions was so cool, trendy and professional. He will bring the girls in and always has a smile on his face. I will be very interested to see where he goes now, whether it's joining up with George, Diversity OR staying solo. I respect that he may not be your cup of tea but there's no doubting his talent.

Yes, every one is entitled to an opinion. My opinion is that he's brilliant but if PT thinks he's rubbish then so be it! I know his brace dancing won't be to everyone's taste. But for an 18 year old lad like me that hangs around the streets of Birmingham it certainly is to mine and a lot of other youths out there. My group of mates always skateboard, street dance and climb up walls because there's nothing better to do.

Aidan, Diversity, Shaheen and Shaun are all a credit to the youth of today!

Nothing, forgot to mention them as well. But the fact is that they were no where near as good as Diversity. Their choriography was so much slower and they didn't have three different acts. Also how many Jacko dance impressions have we actually seen?

As for Holly Steel don't lecture me there. She was nothing more than a spoilt brat with a pushy mum. She got through at the expense of much better acts because her screechy voice could wake the dead. Also who likes Northerners!

Careful now, there are quite a few northern members on here who might take exception to that!

Well I am a "southerner", about as southern as you can get!  I did like Hollie's first performance, well, I liked her voice, she is a gifted singer.  HOWEVER, I didn't like the special treatment she got just because she cried.  Actually, it wasn't her crying that bothered me as much as her mini tantrum when she was told initially told there was no time for her to start again. Didn't anyone notice the stamping of feet?  Frankly, I think she is a spoilt child.  While I believe everyone should be treated like individuals, this was a competition with a big prize involved, and special treatment is totally unfair.  The fact that she has issues with her nerves could flare up at any time, perhaps even if she were to perform for the Queen?

I'm not really a southerner. I'm in the middle considering I come from Solihull and am a brummie like Aidan.

But I'm sorry Holly could not sing. Her voice was so screechy and I don't like her type of singing anyway. As for her tantrum, she forgot her words thus cocking up her performance. I'm afraid that's how it goes, if you cock up you shouldn't be given a second chance to perform. I also hated the way that the judges made it out that she was so brave and courageous! She should just go back to Accy and learn some manners! Her tantrum ensured that some viewers were sceptical towards child acts thus resulting in a possible drop in Aidans results!

Most of them guys in Diversity were just following the fantastic choriography from that leader of theirs.

And that doesn't take talent? In my opinion Aidan was a good dancer - particularly for his age - but he wasn't as good as any of the dancers in Diversity. I don't think he'd fit in with their style, anyway. The 11 of them work incredibly well together as they are.

I saw the live tour the other night, and Hollie is actually incredible - she has an amazingly powerful voice. She's got a big future ahead of her!!

Aidan teamed up with Perri and Mitchell from Diversity for one routine on the tour, which was great, but I don't think he'd fit into Diversity as a whole. He has a very different style of dancing to them, and would have to change the way he is to match their style, which I wouldn't want him to do. Plus, part of his appeal is that he's a great choreographer, which he'd have to put to one side if he was to join Diversity - then he'd be following Ashley's choreography.

Now I remember who Aidan reminded me of... Diana Ross' youngest child, Evan. He's about 20 now but in this clip, he was close to Aidan's age and does some similar moves to Aidan.
