Mr T, I do agree and wish it was that simple. I am digging my heels in at the minute as the thread title was what was put out to the press, not anyone's personal opinion. If you read through the threads you will find MANY that are just a 'personal opinion' that haven't been slated. Because an Admin puts a thread up it all kicks off............ And then because mods answer they are all in on the 'conspiracy'

I wish the only thing I had to worry about in life was a flippin' thread title  


I can only suggest that we stop arguing amongst ourselves and post things that everyone else can either agree or disagree with, without putting anyone else down

I think that if Danyl IS a bully then he will suffer in votes and be voted out. I agree with that if he is as bad as people say. What I find hard is that even if he isn't a bully, people will believe what they read and STILL vote him out. I just want to know the truth and then can make a judgement on that

Maria do you really think the reason people arent voting for him is because of that though? Last night i was reading the Sun Mirror etc write up of the last show and they was all putting Danyl down saying he was cocky etc.  Yes we have read the reports sure but we have the net... a lot dont so im not sure how many voting would have read it anyhow and i kind of think most votes would have been cast Saturday night which is before the article even came out about Stacey.  On here for eg...most were saying they didnt like him before the article was out so not sure how much that played into it.

For all we know....Danyl was in the bottom 3 since the start of the live shows. We don't know the numbers voting....only the bottom 2. Therefore as people get voted off it could be the natural progression that he end up in the bottom 2. It may be nothing to do with press reports.

You do have a point actually.  Some people can be very good singers but just not popular with the viewers ie Laura. the girl who sang Brown Sugar ( i keep forgetting her name sorry),and a different programme but same applied Javine Hylton.  As a singer i thought she was way better than several who eventually made up Girls Aloud but she just didnt get the votes.  I am not sure how to put it exactly..but people like to vote  with people they can identify with or because they like them and not always because there the best singer there.

i feel some comments on this thread arent much better and it kinda feels like the forum and the mods are being threatened just for giving us a right to free speech..which is something men are dieing for every day at the moment

Talk about this thread going around in circles, this latest "accusation" takes some beating.

It is shameful, even to think or even consider what is being discussed here compares in any way or form to the way Our Brave Guy and Girls soldiers are sacrificing their lives and suffering in Afghanistan.

Please can we return to discussing Danyl and the press stories regarding him, bearing in mind once again that what is under discussion is merely what is being printed by many national newspapers and is only a discussion, a sharing of views of the members of this forum as to their opinions on these news stories.  

The admins and mods of this forum are very well aware of what would be considered as libelous or defamatory and such posts will be removed.    In the meantime civil discussion of something which is topical is what makes a forum successful.  As other members have commented, it would be very boring if we all thought the same way

I have loads to worry bout too... I personaly have never seen why so many people don't like this man  he seemed ok to me  The press are Scum IMO... and I have to say Stacey is getting on my nerves .. Big Time....

In all honesty the press couldnt print these allegations if people like Louis didnt go to them for publicity about it.

One thing i was wondering tonight though..after these allegations of what Danyl was meant to have said to Stacey - if Rachel was allowed to live at home last year with her children then why isnt Stacey allowed to stay with hers?


although do i actually think all contestants should live in the house  anyhow - exceptions were made last year so why not this one too?

I don't think Rachel had anyone who could look after her children. Not sure though 


I do think that if Louis had not said anything against Danyl that he WOULD have said so on the show.

Rachel lived in South London, which is quite close to the West London Studio's.  Stacey lives further away in Essex, it probably isn't viable for her to go back and forth.

In this article Rachel confirms there was problems between Danyl and Stacey.  (And yea i know its the Star but she does seem to have given them a interview)
