Okay so it's probably very obvious now that I'm a massive Jedward fan. I'm actually really genuinely upset that they left last night. I think it's just because they always put a smile on my face.

So, although obviously you'd have been dissapointed, what were all you other fans feelings when they left?

Also, it really wouldn't surprise me if the X Factor was fixed. I'm not just saying this because my favourite act have left by the way, a lot of people have mentioned things and it does seem quite likely. It also seemed like the perfect time (for the judges) for J&E to go because they'd been in it long enough to create controversy and give the show publicity, but have gone out just before it goes completely to the public vote, so the judges have control over them going & they can't win.

Does anyone else think it could be fixed?

Some other questions,

Would you have definitely saved Jedward and sent Olly home? I would have.

Will you continue to watch X Factor? I won't, as the other acts don't interest me in the slightest. I've never watched any other series' of X Factor, and I only started watching this one because of Jedward, so there's no reason for me to continue.

Do you have an opinion on who should win now? Obviously I couldn't care less, but I actually never wanted Jedward to win. I personally think they're better than this show, and if they won they'd just be made to sing the annual *** X-Factor song, whereas now they can kinda do their own thing. I'd have just liked them to stay in a few more weeks.

Would you pay to see Jedward live (for example, a J&E gig)? I would   :)

So what are your thoughts?

It's nice to see someone decicated to an artist, but I think even the boy's themselves were aware that it had to come to an end sometime and they had stayed a lot longer than ever expected.

They will release a novelty single but it should Not be before the end of March, they will receive TV offers, personally I would put them on children's TV, talking with a colleague this afternoon I am starting to think this could be the route for Olly now! sell him as the cheeky chappie

Oh by the way, this has been changed into J&E part 3, when I posted it as addressed to Jedward Fans, so the questions that I'm asking were to Jedward fans, it'll probably make them make a lot more sense. Now it just sounds like I'm assuming everybody loves Jedward.

Very interesting points   :Devil:l: I did say that last night that I didn't think they would ever allow the public to have full control over J and E fate   I would defiantly pay to see them, they entertained me no end   I would like to see Joe win this year but I'm not as pushed as I have been in other years... I will watch the show again but kinda just if I'm at home when its on, I feel a bit indifferent now

Haha, good to know someone else would pay to see them...I feel embarrassed when I say I would but they entertain me so much, and they do put such a smile on my face when I watch them.

Yeah, I agree, when I say I won't watch it anymore it's not like I'm refusing to watch it, but as I'm completely indifferent to it I won't go out of my way to watch it. I'll most likely be out on saturday nights now anyway...Jedward stole a few of my saturday nights out away!  :)

aww Carabelle  jaybs is right - it's good that you support them. I too think it might not be the last we have heard of Jedward

I was disappointed that Jamie went out, but that's the X Factor game. I just enjoy it as a show, with all it's ups and downs.

Fixed? No, unbelievably and highly manipulated? Yes.

I would have saved Olly over the twins, sorry but that's because vocally Olly was better and I prefer his performances to theirs.

You'll get to see them again - if you go to the tour

Yes!

Probably, cos it's fun discussing it on here.

Joe or Stacey, but not that fussed as long as it's not Danyl.

Would you pay to see Jedward live
I might, but I doubt if I could get anyone to come with me!

Do I think it was fixed - no, I think everyone expected Lloyd to be bottom two, and I think Jedward might have been saved over him.  They would probably have done something different for the survival song in that case - apparently they had prepared something else and NMW was only decided at the last minute.  It was obvious they wouldn't be saved over Olly.  (Although his performance was not much better than theirs, as it turned out.)

Haha, same here, I'd love to see them but doubt anyone would come with me, most of my friends despise them!

I would have saved Olly.

Yes definately

I would like to see Joe, Danyl and Olly in the final. I think Joe probably deserves to win, but would rather see the next few weeks first.

I wouldn't go with a free ticket, sorry.

No I don't. The phone voting is far too heavily regulated for it to be a fix.

Nope, finished with this year. Probably done with the whole show (reasons detailed in 'Results' thread)

Not bothered, but i do think it will be a travesty if Joe and Stacey aren't in the top 2.

Without a doubt.
I thought Jedward put emotion and soul into their last performance...

X Factor twins Jedward in line for £2m consolation prizes

They may have been voted off The X Factor weeks before the grand final, but John and Edward Grimes are being talked about as the real winners of this year’s series.

Industry experts said that the 18-year-old Irish twins, nicknamed Jedward, could make about £2 million over the next year on the back of the crazy costumes and hyperactive dance moves that characterised their routines on the ITV talent show.

JEDWARD were last night on the brink of pocketing £50,000 each to replace Jordan on I'm A Celebrity.

And Dancing On Ice host Phillip Schofield declared he is also keen for the twins to appear on his show in January.

50k won't get them into I'm a Celeb. Everyone is falling over themselves to sign up Jedward now!

Righty they are having success away from singing, but let's not fool ourselves they have much talent! if they are ever asked to do scripts or read auto cues I will feel sorry for the producer!

Anyway like with anyone who gets off their backsides and has a go, I wish the best of luck.

Do you think they will be ok next weekend? They're booked to do a turn at McClusky's in Kingston as all the X Factor finalists do after they leave the show. I hope they step up security in the club. I'm quite worried for them - especially if they get a frosty reception (Kandy Rain were boo-ed off the stage after 5 mins). Going on the audience's reaction to them, people with alcohol and Jedward wouldn't be a great combination in my book.

I think it was utterly inconsistent to actually decide that the Judges suddenly were there to Judge....after all, they usually let it go to Public vote and I fear had that happened again, then Olly would have gone home....

I guess jedward have served their purpose and it was time to jettison them.

Sorry I have become very cynical over the whole X Farce process this year, even more so that last and the year before that etc....

Oh dear....seems strange

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/tv/2743340/Louis-Walsh-will-no-longer-be-working-with-X-Factor-twins-John-and-Edward-Grimes.html

You would think Louis would be wanting to do more things with them....if there as good as he claimed.
